Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective October 1, 2026
CNB Creative LLC ("CNB Creative," "we," "us," or "our") is a video and photo production company based in Dallas, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit cnbcreative.studio (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us online.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out our inquiry form, email us, or call us, you may share information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, project dates, budget, and any other details you choose to include about your project.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and the third-party services described below may automatically receive technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Client project materials
If you become a client, information shared during a production, such as scripts, brand assets, footage, and photographs, is governed by your written agreement with us rather than this Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes and proposals
- To schedule, plan, and deliver projects you hire us for
- To send project updates, invoices, and other service communications
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted providers that help us run the Site and our business, including Netlify (website hosting), HoneyBook (inquiry forms, proposals, contracts, scheduling, and invoicing), Vimeo (video hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). They may process information only to provide services to us or as described in their own privacy policies.
- Crew and collaborators. When you hire us, we may share the project details needed to do the work with crew members and production partners who are bound to keep that information confidential.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If CNB Creative is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
4. People featured in our work
Our portfolio includes video and photography we produced for clients. People who appear in that work were filmed or photographed for the client's project, and we display it with permission. If you appear in something on the Site and would like us to review or remove it, contact us using the information below and we will respond promptly.
5. Cookies and third-party content
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools on the Site. Our inquiry form and embedded videos are provided by third parties that may use cookies or similar technologies. Our Vimeo players are set to "do not track." Learn more, including how to control cookies, in our Cookie Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to your inquiry, completing your project, maintaining business records, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers, through the Site or by email.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it and obtain a copy in a portable format, to correct inaccuracies, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact the attorney general in your state.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for these signals to opt you out of. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party websites
The Site may link to or embed content from websites and platforms operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
